GENERAL EXPLANATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n

Real personal data owners who are defined as the person concerned in the Law on Protection of Personal Data no 6698 (\u201cLPPD\u201d) (\u201chereinafter referred to as \u201cApplicant\u201d) are entitled to make certain requests in connection with the processing of personal data as per article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Article 13\/1 of LPPD; applications associated with such rights must be submitted toApi Group \u0130n\u015faat Turizm Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. \u015eti. (\u201cAPI Group\u201d) as the data controller either in writing or by other means set by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this frame, applications to be filed at API Group may be submitted to us \u201cin writing” by printing out this form;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Through a notary public,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You can apply with a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, or mobile signature.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In this context, applications arising from Article 11 of the Law are made in specified format and to the addresses via the Application Form below. According to the nature of the request, your applications submitted to us will be responded free of charge as soon as possible but no later than 30 days as per the article 13\/2 of the LPPD. However, if the procedure requires an additional cost, we will charge the fee indicated in the price list determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Our replies will be sent to you, Application owner or his\/her proxy in writing or electronically in accordance with provisions of Article 13 of the relevant LPPD .\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    This application form has been issued in order to determine your relationship with API Group, to identify in full your personal data processed by API Group, if any, and to respond your relevant application correctly and within the legal period. API Group reserves the right to request additional documents and information (copy of identity card or driving license, etc.) for identification and determination of authorization, in order to eliminate the legal risks that may arise from the illegal and unjust data sharing and especially to ensure the security of your personal data. In the event that the information regarding your requests that you are communicating with the form is not accurate or up-to-date or that an unauthorized application is made, API Group does not accept liability for the requests due to such inaccurate information or unauthorized applications.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
